ICE Commitments of Traders

ICE Futures Europe publishes a Commitments of Traders report in the CFTC shape: Tuesday positions, published Friday, futures only in this table. Categories mirror the disaggregated set.

ESMA Article 58 venue reports

Every EU venue files a weekly position report under MiFID II Article 58: long and short by holder category, percent of open interest, and persons per category. Positions are Friday close, published the following week; the register carries each report's own publication timestamp. A missing report means the venue was below the holder and size thresholds that week; it is not a zero. The register files each position as risk-reducing, as other, and as a total of the two; these pages use the total. Where a venue files both a futures-only and a combined report, the futures-only report is used and labelled.

The table lists contracts with a report in the last 13 weeks (47 contracts), largest investment funds net first. The register holds 196 contracts in total. UK venues left this register when the UK left the EU: ICE Futures Europe and LME reports in the register end in December 2020, and their current positioning prints in the ICE table above and the LME section.
