Zelestra has secured $350 million in green financing for Reclamation Solar, a 203 MW project in Gibson County, Indiana, from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, BBVA and Societe Generale, with CIBC acting as left-lead arranger. The project is backed by a long-term power purchase agreement with Meta.
Reclamation is being built on land previously used for coal mining in southwestern Indiana and is already under construction. It is expected to support about 200 jobs at peak construction and to begin commercial operations by the end of 2027.
The close takes Zelestra’s US project financing raised in 2026 to $1.14 billion, supporting more than 800 MW of new solar capacity under construction. It follows a $600 million facility in March for two Texas projects and a $181 million financing in August for the Skull Creek project in Texas, several of them also contracted to Meta.
Zelestra, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, says it has a development pipeline of about 16 GW across US markets. The pattern is consistent: long-term corporate offtake from a hyperscaler makes a brownfield solar site bankable for a three bank club, even as power demand from data centers tightens US electricity markets.
