Data as of Items dated October 13-14, 2026. Several items are single-sourced wire or trade reports, flagged in the body where terms are undisclosed.

Dubai Aerospace is seeking a $2.1 billion loan, mainly from Asian banks, Bloomberg reported. The lessor’s turn to Asian lenders for a facility of this size tracks the region’s growing share of aviation finance as Middle East carriers and lessors expand fleets.

Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company, MSETCL, has picked banks for an initial public offering of up to $800 million, Bloomberg reported. A listing of a state transmission utility would be a new funding channel for India’s grid buildout, which has mostly relied on central government utilities and bond markets.

PSG Equity is backing the combination of Be-Cloud and QualityHosting to create a pan-European cloud services platform, PE Hub reported. Terms were not disclosed. The deal continues the mid-market pattern of rolling regional managed cloud providers into a single platform.

CVC Capital Partners agreed to acquire a minority stake in Fibrotex, an Israeli maker of camouflage technology, AltAssets reported, without disclosing terms in its public summary. The same roundup said Asterion Industrial Partners is in talks to buy Fraikin, the French commercial vehicle leasing group. Both items are single-sourced at this stage.

China’s regulators approved Geely’s acquisition of a 34 percent stake in Ford España, Investing.com reported, clearing a cross-border auto joint venture step that puts a Chinese group inside Ford’s Spanish manufacturing footprint.

Godspeed Capital acquired GreenVest to launch an environmental services platform, PE Hub reported, extending the firm’s model of building federally focused services platforms from a first acquisition.

Banque du Caire is seeing strong interest in its long-delayed IPO despite the regional war, Bloomberg reported, a test of whether Egypt’s state privatization programme can still place large bank stakes with foreign investors.
