Saudi Aramco has offered oil traders additional crude cargoes for immediate delivery to Europe, with a delivery window from late October to mid November, Reuters reported, citing three trading sources.
Why it matters: The spot offer comes on top of full November allocations for European refiners after the restart of Saudi Arabia's east west pipeline, and would add prompt supply to a European market left tight by the autumn's supply disruptions.

Saudi Aramco contacted oil traders this week and offered additional crude cargoes for immediate, spot delivery to Europe, Reuters reported, citing three well informed trading sources. The delivery window given was late October to mid November; the report stated no number of cargoes, no total volume and no crude grades or pricing.
The offer follows Aramco telling European refiners it would meet their full requested quantities for November after the restart of the kingdom’s main east west pipeline, which had previously been attacked, with at least three European refiners expected to receive their full allocations. Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said earlier this week that the kingdom plans to raise oil pipeline capacity to about 10 million barrels a day within two to three years.
