Aleria, the UAE based sovereign AI infrastructure provider, is expanding its compute capacity with Nvidia Blackwell and Vera Rubin deployments on two continents. The company will bring 8,640 Nvidia Grace Blackwell Ultra GPUs to the United States, eventually planning to expand to 16,000, housed in a 25MW data center whose location has not been disclosed, and will deploy 28 racks of the Nvidia DGX Vera Rubin NVL72 in the United Arab Emirates, which it says will be one of the first Vera Rubin deployments in the region. Both deployments will use DDN storage architecture.
Chief executive Eric Leandri framed the expansion as following operating proof rather than preceding it: Aleria’s sovereign AI structure is live in the UAE running national workloads, and the results are driving the expansion. The company offers services from its own data centers or on customer premises, and does not publish details of its existing footprint. A company named Aleria Technologies LLC signed an agreement in April 2026 with Bitcoin miner Bitari for conversion of a cryptomining data center in Wheeler, Texas, into an AI facility, though Aleria has not confirmed that site for this deployment.
