Sac-TMT final survival presentation today, results not yet published. The final overall survival analysis of the Phase 3 OptiTROP-Lung04 trial of Kelun and Merck’s sacituzumab tirumotecan in EGFR-mutant non-squamous lung cancer after EGFR inhibitor failure is presented as late-breaking abstract LBA67 at ESMO today, October 25. No results from that presentation were published at the time of this edition. The benchmark it will be judged against is the peer-reviewed data already available: median progression-free survival of 8.3 months against 4.3 months (hazard ratio 0.49) in 376 patients, with an interim survival hazard ratio of 0.60. Sac-TMT early-stop headline, still unverified. The Endpoints News headline of October 23 reporting that a Merck sac-TMT trial was stopped early remains uncorroborated: targeted searches this run found no second outlet confirming which trial was stopped, in which direction, or on what data, and no figure is reported. It stays graded C, as it was in the October 24 roundup, until a primary source or a second independent report appears. Source: Endpoints News headline, October 23, 2026 (grade C, single source).
Lycia offering closes October 26. Lycia Therapeutics’ upsized initial public offering, priced at $317.5 million and covered in the October 21 story file as updated on October 23, is expected to close on October 26, 2026. No new pricing or allocation figures were reported in this run’s pool, so the existing file is referenced rather than duplicated. Source: October 23 and 24 editions.
Rasonque survival benefit held across subgroups. Revolution Medicines presented exploratory subgroup analyses of the Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial at ESMO showing that Rasonque (daraxonrasib) maintained its overall survival benefit against chemotherapy across all evaluated tumour RAS genotype subgroups, including patients with no identified RAS mutation, and across chemotherapy regimens and prior treatment settings. In the previously reported primary analysis in 500 patients, median survival was 13.2 months against 6.7 months (hazard ratio 0.40). These are exploratory subgroup analyses, not new confirmatory results, and they sit alongside the Tango combination story already published on October 23. The companion Phase 3 PANKU-Lung01 study of iza-bren in EGFR-mutated lung cancer after a third-generation EGFR inhibitor, which met its primary progression endpoint at an earlier interim announcement, receives its full ESMO presentation on October 26. Today’s breast cancer story covers the PANKU-Breast01 figures in full. Source: Bristol Myers Squibb ESMO program release, October 2026.
