Equinix raises full year guidance for third straight quarter

Equinix reported third quarter revenue of 2.571 billion dollars, up 11 percent from a year earlier, operating income of 600 million dollars, up 27 percent, and net income of 489 million dollars, up 31 percent, with adjusted EBITDA of 1.321 billion dollars, up 15 percent, and AFFO of 1.156 billion dollars, up 20 percent. Interconnection revenue grew 10 percent and Fabric revenue 24 percent, and the company said it has accelerated capacity delivery, with nearly 40 percent more cabinets planned for delivery in 2026 than initially anticipated.

The company raised full year 2026 guidance for the third consecutive quarter: revenue of 10.325 to 10.365 billion dollars, adjusted EBITDA of 5.290 to 5.330 billion dollars at a margin of about 51 percent, and AFFO per share of 43.71 to 44.11 dollars, with total capital spending expected between 5 and 6 billion dollars. Chief executive Adaire Fox-Martin said the results reflect growing demand to run, connect and orchestrate critical workloads, including AI workloads, across its platform.
