AMD and Arista shares jumped after hours on results already reported here, CISA added a known exploited vulnerability to its catalogue, and Meta filed a preliminary prospectus for euro-denominated notes.

Why it matters: The smaller items fill in the session: the after-hours market rewarded the AI hardware prints, the security agencies kept their steady drumbeat of exploited flaws, and the hyperscaler funding wave added one more preliminary filing.

Data as of Items of November 3 to 4, 2026; after-hours share moves are November 3 evening quotes, and the AMD and Arista results themselves were published here on November 3.

AMD and Arista Networks shares rose in after-hours trading on Tuesday after results that were reported in full in yesterday’s edition. AMD last traded about 5 percent above its $483.90 close, around $508, after record third-quarter revenue of $13.4 billion and fourth-quarter guidance of about $17 billion. Arista last traded around $186, up about 9.5 percent, after revenue rose 58.5 percent to about $3.66 billion. The prints themselves are yesterday’s stories; the reaction is the new fact, and it ran against the week’s semiconductor selloff.

CISA added one known exploited vulnerability to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalogue on November 3 and issued an ICS advisory for Subnet Solutions’ PowerSYSTEM Center. Neither item carries a market-moving figure on its own; they are the standing federal record that exploitation of already-known flaws continues, and both are primary-source notices from the agency itself.

Meta filed a preliminary prospectus supplement on November 4 for an offering of euro-denominated senior notes in six tranches, with amounts and coupons blank in the preliminary document. The filing extends the funding pattern covered here on November 3, when Meta’s five-tranche senior notes offering was reported; pricing terms, when filed, will be the substantive update.

The Binance breach mechanism became clearer on November 3. The Register and The Hill reported that a North Korean fake job interview and malicious code sat behind the $6.3 billion heist, detail that adds to the standing Binance story updated yesterday with the second phase of withdrawal restorations. North Korea has denied the FBI attribution.

Qualcomm and Arm report after today’s close, the next test of whether AI demand is spreading beyond data center graphics processors into central processors and devices. Qualcomm guided fiscal fourth-quarter revenue to $9.7 billion to $10.5 billion and non-GAAP earnings of $2.05 to $2.25 a share; consensus stands near $2.16 on $10.14 billion, with handset revenue expected down about 25 percent and automotive revenue expected at a record of about $1.7 billion.
